PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retard wear in contact region in sliding contact, ensure large contact pressure, and enhance stable characteristics in a jack connector having a double contact. SOLUTION: A jack connector 21 which is inserted/removed from the edge side into/from a plug terminal arranging region in which a straight plug terminal 122 is formed in parallel in the vicinity of the edge side of an insulating plate is constituted with a plurality of jack terminals 211 having a tongue-shaped contact region coming in contact with the plug terminal 122 and a jack insulator 112 for arranging each jack terminal 211 in the plug terminal corresponding position. In the contact region of the jack terminal 211, a first contact 211a positioning on the tip side and a second contact 211b continuing to the first contact 211a are formed in a wave shape through a valley part 211c, and a wall surface which comes in contact with the outer surface of the valley part 211c soon before the second contact 211b comes in contact with the plug terminal 122 is formed in the jack insulator 112. |
