PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver to easily adjust a parking charge such as taking out charges in the state of sitting in a vehicle without getting out of the vehicle at the time of adjusting the charge at a parking lot by raising a charge adjusting part to a prescribed position indicated by a vehicle total height signal from a vehicle total height detecting sensor. SOLUTION: When the vehicle within the parking lot stops in front of a charge adjusting part 1, a vehicle detecting sensor 4 freaks a detecting signal to a control part. Then, when the vehicle total height detecting sensor 3 light- receives the reflection of an optical signal emitted from a light-emitting part, namely when the optical signal of the light emitting part is reflected by a vehicle body, it is known that a vehicle of a total height higher than a general passenger car set in advance is there. Then the control part elevates the part 1 while receiving the optical signal. When the vehicle body no longer reflects the optical signal, namely when the receiving of the optical signal is interrupted. The total height of the vehicle is detected and thereby the control part stops the part 1 from elevating. |
