PURPOSE: Provided is a sheet containing charcoal powder which is used by attaching onto the sole of the foot and joints such as ankle and knee for promotion of blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: The sheet includes a bag comprising an air permeable sheet and an air impermeable sheet and charcoal powder comprising beneficial components. The charcoal powder comprises, 5 weight parts of charcoal, 15 weight parts of Acanthopanax, 15 weight parts of Achyranthis radix and 15 weight parts of elm tree skin, 5 weight parts of Artemisiae capillaris herba, 0.5 weight parts of perlite, 0.5 weight parts of tourmaline, 0.5 weight parts of chitosan powder, and 43.5 weight parts of vegetable powder. The charcoal powder is contained in the bag.
