PURPOSE: A fishing game apparatus and method are provided to provide a new game without imitating other games and reduce the overload of a server. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus which proceeds a game by connecting to a plurality of user terminals connected through a network comprises: a subscriber database(120) which stores information on subscribers; a program storage portion(130) which stores a fishing game program; a download module(113) which downloads the fishing game program on a plurality of user terminals(200,300,400,500); a game execution module(101) which designates one of the plurality of user terminals as a server terminal and makes it proceed the game; and a game result processing module(102) which receives game results from the user terminals after the fishing game is over and stores them in the subscriber database. |
