PURPOSE: A rotating pipe tobacco is provided to smoke the tobacco by combining the pipe and a bellows filter to the tobacco and to induce smoke upward to be folded. CONSTITUTION: A rotating pipe tobacco is composed of a pipe, a bellows filter and the tobacco. A node(D) is formed to the pipe and a long groove(a) is formed to the bellows filter in three spots. Therein, the pipe and the filter are extended easily and not removed by inserting the node to an edge of the long groove. A bellows(B) is formed to the bellows filter to be rotated circularly and folded up ninety degrees. Thereby, smoke is induced upward not to annoy other people and absorption of nicotine is reduced by dispersing nicotine equally.
