SUBSTANCE: photoelectric angle converter that can be used for analog-to-digital conversion of angular position of shaft into digital code to obtain digital information from controlled entities and to enter it into digital controlling and computing machines has case with bore accommodating guide cylinder, coded shaft mounted in ball bearings, coded and read-out disks, holders for emitters, photodetectors, and read-out disk with base holes coupled with guide cylinder. Additional bore is made in case which is diametrically opposite to guide cylinder and additional guide cylinder is mounted; holders are provided with additional base holes; both cylinders are coupled with base holes of holders and the latter are rigidly and sequentially joined to case.
