FIELD: equipment for flame spraying of coats. SUBSTANCE: tubular extension piece with outer cone across outlet is installed on butt surface of cutting jet orifice uniaxially with central conduit, finned shaped bushing carrying several inner cones across inlet is mounted in addition uniaxially with extension piece to form annular gap together with outer cone of extension piece. Additional bushing is attached from outside to finned bushing uniaxially with central conduit. Annular gap between cones of extension piece and finned bushing communicates with air supply channel and internal space of outer additional bushing and interfin spaces of finned bushing intercommunicate and communicate with additional air supply channel. Funnel with angle deviating by 0.5- 6.0 degrees can be made in outer additional bushing. Cutting jet orifice can have additional row of gas nozzles positioned concentric around central conduit with inclination towards it. EFFECT: increased operational safety of given burner, improved quality of plated coats, enhanced factor of utilization of sprayed material while working with gases substitutes of acetylene, natural gas ( methane ), in particular. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
