FIELD: medicine; surgical treatment of varicose veins. SUBSTANCE: laser radiation source is inserted through vascular wall directly into varix. The latter is irradiated from inside many times, each time in different directions, with aid of diode laser at wavelength of 805 nm in quasi-continuous mode and at radiation power of 2-20 W.
