FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cannula and mandrin easily removable from it. External thread is available on the cannula portion introducible into bone. The thread is cut with constant pitch both on the conic widening at the beginning of the cannula and on the following cylindrical portion. Inclination angle of surface facing the beginning of the screw thread is greater than the opposite surface inclination angle. The internal cannula diameter and external mandrin diameter have completely matching ellipsoid or polygonal shape all over their extent with the exception of a part where attachment to liquid supply device takes part. EFFECT: tight fixation of needle in bone tissue; excluded spontaneous ejection from the built bone canal; high strength of cannula; long-term sojourn in bone for making repeated perfusions. 6 dwg
