INACTIVATED VACCINE AGAINST CATTLE PARAINFLUENZA-3

FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine contains antigenous material out of "VGNKI-4" strain out of cattle PI-3 virus, aminoethylenimine, aluminum hydroxide gel, saponin and thiomersal in efficient ratios. The strain is deposited in VGNKI collection under registration name as "VGNKI-4" DEP. Virus is reproduced both in monolayer and suspension cellular VNK-21 culture. As inactivator one should apply aminoethylenimine at concentration of 0.06%. Antigenous suspension is purified against ballast admixtures by centrifuging. To prepare adsorbent-vaccine out of adjuvants one should use aluminum hydroxide gel and saponin. Vaccine in question is of high biological, antigenous and immunogenous activity.
