FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: modifier includes 1,4- bis(trichloromethyl)benzene and contains, as target additives, solid petroleum paraffins, polyvinylchloride, and trialkyl or dialkylaryl, or triaryl phosphate, or their mixture, or modifier includes, as target additives, chlorinated solid C18-C36-paraffins with chlorine content55.1- 71.2 wt %, trialkyl or dialkylaryl, or triaryl phosphate, or their mixture, and ionic or nonionic surfactant. Modifier is prepared by dissolving polyvinylchloride or solid petroleum C18-C36-paraffins in molten 95.0-99.5%- purity 1,4- bis(trichloromethyl)benzene and indicated phosphates followed by chlorination with chlorine gas initiated by azo-bis- isobutyronitrile, after which remaining components are added to melt in required proportions.
