FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed complex is designed for use in information and measuring systems for control over operation of deep-well sucker-rod pumping units and for indirect calculation of produced oil and acquisition and accumulation of information on operation of deep-well sucker-rod pumping units. It consists of measuring module installed on each pumping unit, recording unit and operating device. Information is periodically read off by means of portable computer or special accumulating device or along communication line. Measuring module consists of force transformer connected to signal amplifier of unit including multiplexer, analog-to-digital converter, supply unit, real time clock with alarm clock, microprocessor including permanent storage, series bi-directional information input-output port, storage battery, stand-by supply battery frequency transmitter, microprocessor restarting unit used in case of its stopping. Measuring module and supply unit are installed in crossmembers of deep-well sucker-rod pumping unit. Operating device includes frequency signal receiver, switch to control starting and stopping of deep-well sucker-rod pumping unit. Invention makes it possible to acquire and accumulate information of operation of deep-well sucker-rod pumping unit and to provide, basing on operative analysis of obtained information, automatic control of oil pump duty, thus saving active rigs of pumping units.
