PURPOSE: A baby carriage is converted to a car seat easily, and a safety belt is provided in the car seat to protect the baby. CONSTITUTION: A carriage with a baby car seat comprises a body portion(100) to receive a baby. A handle portion(200) is connected to an upper end of the body portion pivotably. A driving portion(300) is installed in lower part and rear part of the body portion. A cover portion(400) is formed in upper part of the body portion. The body portion comprises a bottom member(10) and a back member(40) to support the back of the baby. A side member(70) is formed in both sides of the bottom member and the back member(70).
