PURPOSE: A high efficiency regenerative thermal catalytic oxidation apparatus is provided which is constructed in a structure that heat storage and heat radiation are continuously reversed to increase heat recovery ratio, increase efficiency of the apparatus and reduce operating cost accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The regenerative thermal catalytic oxidation apparatus comprises an oxidation column main body(1) which is formed in a cylinder shape, and in which heat accumulating layer(1e) is installed; a rotatable rotation pipe(3) which is vertically connected to the center of the oxidation column main body(1), at the lower part of which a plurality of opening parts(3a,3b) for air suction and exhaust connected to ventilation chamber(1b) of the lower part of the oxidation column main body(1) are formed, and in which the opening parts(3a,3b) for air suction and exhaust are divided by a boundary wall(3c) so that the air suction opening part(3a) on one surface of the boundary wall(3c) is connected to an air supply chamber(11b) of the ventilation chamber(1b), and the air exhaust opening part(3b) on the other surface of the boundary wall(3c) is connected to an air exhaust chamber(11b') of the ventilation chamber(1b); and an exhaust pipe(4) connected to the rotation pipe(3); and an air supply pipe(5) connected to the rotation pipe(3), wherein air supply and exhaust and heat storage and accumulation are continuously reversed by the regenerative thermal catalytic oxidation apparatus.
