<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage circuit in which power consumption is reduced, a data write-in method in the data storage circuit, and a data storage device, in a data storage circuit storing data. <P>SOLUTION: Before new data is written in a storage element M, existence data stored in the storage element M is read, the existence data is compared with the new data, when the existence data coincides with the new data, write-in for the storage element M is not performed, when the existence data does not coincide with the new data, write-in for the new data is performed.
