<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line answer collection system capable of activating school lessons by urging passive respondent to speak and preventing reduction of the efficiency of school lessons. <P>SOLUTION: This on-line answer collection system is provided with a control terminal unit for transmitting a question in accordance with questioner's demand, a plurality of user terminal units for receiving a question from the control terminal unit through a communication network and transmitting an answer when a respondent inputs the answer for the question, and a server for receiving the answer from a plurality of user terminal units through the communication network to collect the answers and transmitting the results of collection to the control terminal unit through the communication network.
