PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for advance immigration examination which smoothly performs immigration examination by examining a passenger in advance before entry to a country.

SOLUTION: A server 100 which assists advance immigration examination has a registration part 146 which receives passenger information on a passenger making a voyage from a PC group 20 on a passenger or travel agent side through the Internet 10 and records it in a passenger information database 120, a black list information database 130 which stores personal information on black list persons, a collation part 142 which collates the passenger information database 120 with the black list information database 130, and a collation result transmission part 144 which sends the result of the collation to an examiner side PC group 30 carrying out immigration examination.
