PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disclosure estimation system which can further decrease successful bidding estimated amount.

SOLUTION: The estimated amount bidding side which inputs bidding side information, acquires an ID number and a password, and acquires a bidding qualification, bids the estimated amount on a disclosure estimation window using an Web browser. A server device 5 which acquires the estimated amount sets order. When the estimated amount that the estimated amount bidding side bid is a higher estimated amount than the order corresponding to the number of purchase point based on the number of purchase point and the number of safe purchase point that a purchase side sets beforehand, a message which urges the re-bidding of the less estimated amount is reported to the estimated amount bidding side. When the estimated amount is cheaper than the order corresponding to the number of purchase point and is higher than the order corresponding to the number of safe purchase point, a message that the purchase point may exclude the object is notified to the estimated amount bidding side. The estimated amount bidding side can not know the lowest price, so the estimated amount can be reduced.
