PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for selecting an intermediary or the like capable of properly connecting a seller and a buyer of real estate to the intermediary.

SOLUTION: This system for selecting the intermediary is characterized in that it is provided with a sales article information DB 11 for storing information relating to a selling/buying object, a bidding condition/result information DB 14 for storing the information relating to the bidding condition and storing selection result of the intermediary, a browse processing part 18c for transmitting the information stored in the sales article information DB 11 and the information stored in the bidding condition/result information DB 14 to a client equipment 3 of the intermediary and a bidding content information DB 15 for storing the bidding content relating to the intermediation of the selling/buying of the selling/buying objects.
