PURPOSE: A method of growing clean bean sprouts to prevent bean sprouts spoilage by use of antibacterial properties of chlorella and to supply nutrient necessary for growth thereof is provided. Therefore, the product is enriched in nutrients and does not use agricultural chemical, chemical fertilizer, growth promoter, preservative, etc., thereby being beneficial to the human health. CONSTITUTION: Chlorella is cultured in fresh water to give a chlorella culture liquid having a concentration of 0.3 to 1.0%. A bean is stored in a refrigerator for 12hr at 4deg.C, added with the chlorella culture liquid in a ratio of 2L chlorella culture liquid to 1kg bean and soaked for 2hr at 0deg.C. |
