<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing building interior materials as wood substitutes using wasted hard urethane is provided to minutely crush collected wasted hard urethane, and to mix sawdust with adhesives or sawdust with melamine resin and adhesives, then to press and mold the urethane as supplying high-temperature steam, thereby implementing environment-friendly features. CONSTITUTION: Wasted hard urethane is collected, and is minutely crushed to have less than 1mm size(1). Powder of the minutely-crushed wasted hard urethane is mixed with 10-50% of sawdust in a weight ratio(2). The mixed materials are mixed with 10-50% of wet-hardening adhesive in a weight ratio(3). The mixed materials with the adhesive are put into a mold, and heated by supplying more than 100 degrees Celsius steam, then are pressed to mold a board until thickness thereof is reduced to 1/3-1/5(4). A product is demolded after a pressing process, and is dried in a drying furnace at 40 to 60 degrees Celsius(5).</p> |
