PURPOSE: A cooker for boiling beef bones is provided to prevent loss of nutrition and make the large amount of delicious soup of beef bones, and to reduce fuel expenses by boiling the thick soup for a short time below 100 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: A cooker for boiling beef bone soup comprises a stand(17); a cooker body containing beef bones and opening in the upper part; a first lid(45) opening and closing the upper part of the cooker body; a water injection port(25) formed at the side of the first lid; a cage placed in the cooker body to store beef bones; a second lid placed at the side of the cage to open and close the cage; a second hinge assembling the second lid with the outside of the cage; a driving shaft(20) rotating the cage; a bearing(35) supporting and rotating the driving shaft in the cooker body; a support shaft(55) placed on the axis of the driving shaft; and a shutoff plate installed in the cooker body and placed at the left of the cage to circulate water and prevent flow of bones.
