PURPOSE: An air conditioning unit for a vehicle is provided to prevent the reduction of blast pressure and increase the flow of blast by installing plural doors to the front and rear of an evaporator and a heater core and forming a bypass passage in a case. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning unit(20) is composed of a case(21) formed with plural air passages(23,24) divided by a separating wall(22) at the front end of a body and defrost, vent, and floor outlets(212,213,211) to feed air flowed-in by the air passage to the interior of a vehicle, and selectively opening and shutting the outlets with the door to each mode; an evaporator(25) horizontally arranged in the vehicle with forming a bypass passage at a side of the case; a heater core(26) installed at the rear of the evaporator and biased to the bypass passage; a temp door(30) disposed between the evaporator and the heater core to control the opening and closing of a cold blast passage passing through the evaporator; a first separating wall-combined door(40) installed adjacent to the temp door to adjust the opening and closing of a hot blast passage passing through the heater core and separate internal and external air in a two-air flow mode; a mode door(50) installed at an inlet of a first air passage of an evaporator inlet to rotate to prevent air from flowing into the evaporator in the two-air flow mode; and a second separating wall-combined door(60) installed at the rear of the heater core to interlock with the mode door and separate air passages of internal and external air.
