PURPOSE: Provided is a method for purifying lakes and marshes without using additional water treatment system installed in land. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dividing a lake into an anaerobic zone(21) arranged in an influent section of the lake, an aerobic zone(31) arranged at a side of the anaerobic zone along circumference of the lake, and anoxic zone(51) arranged between the anaerobic zone and the aerobic zone along the circumference of the lake, installing aerators into the anaerobic zone and the aerobic zone, respectively, and installing a lake water flowing device for circulating the lake water so as for the lake water to flow from the anaerobic zone to the anoxic zone via the aerobic zone, and finally to be returned to the anaerobic zone, and driving the lake water flowing device and the aerators.
