PURPOSE: A paper cup with a cover is provided to allow a user to easily use it, and to fundamentally solve an environment pollution caused by the food containers, and to use the whole cup to be recycled for pulp. CONSTITUTION: The paper cup with a cover includes a cup body(1) with its surface treated with print-processing and its inner side treated with vinyl-coating, and with its upper middle part protruded with a round plate, and with a folding line(3) formed with dot lines along the round plate for 2/5 of the lower side of the cup to be the cup body(1); and the cup body(1) which curls the portion, except for the cover(2) on the upper circle, outside the cup to form a curling brim(4) to which the user touches his/her lips softly; a set of outer projecting brims(5a,5b) around the whole circle including a cover(2) in the lower side of the curling brim(4) in order for a hooking slit to work when the cover is folded and pressed; and '+' cutting part(6) to put a straw into.
