PURPOSE: A vinyl perforated hose, and apparatus and method for producing perforated hoses thereof are provided to induce a laser beam in length and width directions of the hose, and to focus the laser beam on a surface of the hose, to form various patterns of holes on the surface, thereby preventing a perforated state of the hose. CONSTITUTION: A compensating unit(20) supports a rotation of the fabric roll(10), and compensates an inclination of a fabric(1). A printing unit(40) prints labels on a surface of the fabric(1) whose inclination is compensated. A perforation unit(50) forms through holes by a laser beam on the fabric(1) passing through the printing unit(40). A cylinder forming unit(60) makes the fabric(1) in a cylinder-shaped hose. A product roll(19) winds the complete hose. Many sub rollers(71-78) are comprised.
