<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fault of data transmission at the reorganization time of a region of a data frame. <P>SOLUTION: In a network for transmitting and receiving image data by using a preset image data region in a data packet by each communication device, by relaying the data package including the image data by each communication device by connecting a plurality of communication devices in a ring-like state, when the data packet including the image data is transmitted in the network (second frame, third frame) if the image data region for storing the image data in the data frame is reorganized, a master device sets the image data region at each type of the image data, forms and transmits a command packet including the set image data region (third frame).
