<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable sheathing and a flat cable having flame retardant properties and conductor stickability by providing a flame retardant adhesion layer containing non-halogen flame-retardant and providing an extremely thin adhesion layer containing no flame retardant on the flame retardant adhesion layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the flat cable sheathing with at least the flame retardant adhesion layer and the adhesion layer laminated on a surface of a base film, the flame retardant adhesion layer consists of a composition including 20 to 50 pts.wt. of synthetic resin component having heat sealing properties and 50 to 80 pts.wt. of flame-retardant component and the flame-retardant component contains 2 to 10 pts.wt. content of aminotriazine sulfate compound, 20 to 40 pts.wt. content of metal oxide compound, 28 to 50 pts.wt. content of hydrated metal compound. The adhesion layer consists of crystalline polymer co- polymerization polyester resin. The flat cable is provided by using the sheathing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
