<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and precision of a surgical operation plan for a surgical operation using an artificial bone. <P>SOLUTION: A template for artificial bone to be used for surgical operation is selected by a template selecting means 20 out of templates of a plurality of prepared different artificial bones and inputted, and the template selected by the template selecting means and surgical operation plan information inputted by an input means 90 of inputting the surgical operation plan information are displayed as an image by an image display means 50. The displayed image and/or information on the surgical operation plan is outputted as a hard copy by a hard copy output means 60. According to the surgical operation plan information inputted by the input means 90, leg elongation, etc., is computed by an arithmetic means 30 and template data representing a plurality of kinds of templates corresponding to the plurality of prepared different artificial bones are downloaded from a network and media and saved by a template data storage means 80.
