PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical battery having no electrolyte leakage, having a free changeable shape, and easy to produce. SOLUTION: A micro capsule containing an electrolyte having lithium ions and obtained by emulsfying without using protection colloid is welded at a temperature near or higher than the softening temperature of the wall film of the micro capsule to prepare a solid electrolyte, and the solid electrolyte is used in a chemical battery.
