PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication mode with a connectionless broad cast for activating a radio communication device in a park mode as a base, and to provide a method for activating the radio communication device in the park mode. SOLUTION: The radio communication mode with the connectionless broadcast for activating the radio communication device in the parking mode as the base comprises a synchronous information transfer unit 150 for broadcasting synchronous information, including a Bluetooth terminal address and clock information, a variable setter 110 for setting a window variable including a size and a repeating number of random access window, an information generator 120 for generating window support information as to whether the random access window is supported, and a window managing unit 130 for activating or non- activating the random access window generated, based on the polling access window and the window variable.
