PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector capable of preventing loss due to melting of a contact part and improving durability as well as electric conductivity performance even if both fixed and movable contacts slide and come into contact mutually. SOLUTION: The cylindrical contact and the contact like circular ring which is arranged like concentric circle with the fixed contact, is fitted into the fixed contact mutually, and comes into contact with it to conduct electricity are stored in a vessel in which insulating arc-extinguishing medium is sealed. A current collection member like circular ring made of an electric conducting material is provided in the contact part of the contact like circular ring. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
