PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device driving device capable of surely interrupting the occurrence of an error signal due to the negative noise, dv/dt, or the like of a high potential side potential reference. SOLUTION: The device circuit is provided with a level shift circuit 10 for shifting the level of a main signal consisting of an ON signal and an OFF signal for respectively commanding the ON/OFF of a power device and outputting the level-shifted main signal, a transmission circuit 30 for latching the main signal and transmitting the latched signal to the power device, a mask signal circuit 40 for generating a mask signal for interrupting the transmission of the main signal on the basis of the main signal when the logic of the ON signal of the main signal coincides with that of the OFF signal and malfunction possibly occurs, and potential difference adding circuits 11, 13 importing a potential difference ΔV between the potential of the main signal inputted to the mask signal circuit 40 and the potential of the main signal inputted to the transmission circuit 30.
