PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-water swimming turn meter in a swimming pool contributable to the healthcare by correctly measuring the swimming distance in the swimming pool by counting the number of turns. SOLUTION: A course length setting means of the swimming pool, a turn number counting means to count the number of turns in the swimming pool during the swimming, and a display member to display the swimming distance operated at least based on the course length of the swimming pool and the number of turns are provided on a panel surface of a case formed of a waterproof structure fitted to an arm or the like of a user.
