PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client to simply see the status of each part of a network facsimile apparatus in a home page form. SOLUTION: A structured document for displaying a status icon of each part of the apparatus is stored in an external storage part 4, and a status information generating part 41 switches the status icon in the structured document according to the status change of the a corresponding device.
