<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a disposable and degradable container and a device thereof are provided to increase the strength, and to reduce manufacturing cost and hours by automatically loading containers with simplifying the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: Rice-straw powder of 17.4 wt%, rice chaff powder of 4.3 wt%, a coating agent of 61 wt% and corn starch of 17.3 wt% are mixed evenly by stirring. The compound is formed by compressing for 9-10 seconds, and bubbles from the formed material are evaporated for 2-4 seconds. A container is formed by compressing again for 42-47 seconds, and sterilized by ozone gas. A disposable container is composed of an upper die(10) having a die(11) embedding electric hot wires(12), a lower die(20) having a die(21) embedding electric hot wires(22) and containing the upper die, a controller(40) controlling temperature of the upper and lower dies by controlling electricity applied to the electric hot wires, and a transfer unit extracting the formed material from the dies and loading automatically.</p> |
