FEED ADDITIVES USING BACILLUS SUBTILIS AND YEAST AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method of preparing feed additives by blending Bacillus subtilis extracted from traditional fermented soybean paste and yeast separated from various fruits with raw material for feed additives and then fermenting is provided. The product increases the digestibility of animals, inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and increases feed efficiency. CONSTITUTION: To produce feed additives, 30 v/w% of fermented liquid of Bacillus subtilis and 30 v/w% of yeast fermented liquid of yeast are sprayed on a solid medium having a moisture content of 40 to 45% by weight. The solid medium containing 33w/w% corn flour, 34w/w% wheat bran and 33w/w% defatted bran is blended with the microorganism cultured liquid in a ratio of 100:65 in a mixer and then fermented for 24hr at 35 to 45deg.C.
