PURPOSE: A rotary parking apparatus is provided to prevent an accident by inclination of a pallet rotationally moving regardless of the weight difference between the front and the rear of a vehicle by maintaining the pallet horizontal. CONSTITUTION: A rotary parking apparatus includes a mounting unit(3) comprising rotating shafts(31) mounted around rotating bodies(1) and pallets(32) fixed to the rotating shaft; a driving unit(4) with a first driving shaft(41) transmitting power to a central shaft(2) and with a second driving shaft(42) interlocking with the first driving shaft and rotating in the opposite direction at the same velocity; and a connecting device. The connecting device connects the second driving shaft and each rotating shaft and rotates the rotating shaft in the opposite direction at the same velocity when the central shaft rotates, to always maintain the pallets horizontal regardless of the rotational position of the rotating body.
