PURPOSE: A thermal and low frequency generating waist belt is provided to activate the metabolism of abdomen regions and decompose and remove adipose layers distributed in the abdomen regions. CONSTITUTION: The waist belt(100) comprises: a belt(140) which has an engaging member(143) and a mounting portion; a thermal low frequency pad which has a thermal portion and a low frequency pad integrally formed; a controller(110) which supplies a low frequency signal to the thermal low frequency pad and controls the generation of a low frequency; and a temperature control portion(142) which controls the temperature of the thermal low frequency pad.
