SCATTERED-SITES CONFERENCE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable other participants in a conference to easily see Web documents by simple operation without applying a load to a recording medium of a conference server device.

SOLUTION: A client of a terminal 200a on the showing side selects a URL address of Web document on a WWW server 400, and operates a 'PRESENT' button to client of a terminal 200b on the given side. When the terminal 200a sends the URL address to the conference server device 100, the conference server device 100 sends URL address to the terminal 200b on the given side, and the terminal 200b on the given side gains access to the Web document on the WWW server 400.
