PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure in conveying a coin. SOLUTION: A coin depositing and withdrawing device 1 as this coin conveying device for conveying a coin C is hung on a driving pulley 23 and a driven pulley 24 respectively having a tooth part and a groove part in a state that it partially configurates a bottom part 21 of a coin storage part 18, the coin C is conveyed by a timing belt 22 rotated and operated by the rotated and driven driving pulley 23, and flanges F formed to regulate the movement of the timing belt 22 in the direction to be disengaged from the driving pulley 23 and having an outer peripheral face lower than an outer peripheral face 22a of the timing belt 22, are formed on both ends of the driving pulley 23. Whereby the disengagement of the timing belt 22 can be prevented, and the coin C can be surely conveyed, and smoothly moved on an upper part of the driving pulley 23 to be put out.
