<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to deliver information such as a message to a plurality of persons according to the time and place. <P>SOLUTION: This system controls an electronic bulletin 31 for outputting a message from the user in a form to be recognized by a plurality of persons. The system includes a receiving processing part 15 for receiving a message to be delivered and a conditional information for outputting the message from the user, a bulletin management part 16 for specifying the electronic bulletin 31 suitable for the received conditional information and issuing a bulletin 10 including place information enabling specification of a place where the specified electronic bulletin 31 exists, and a delivery information processing part 17 for directing the specified electronic bulletin 31 to output the message from the user and the bulletin ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
