PRODUCTION CONTROL METHOD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production control method capable of setting a feasible target processing number in the method suitable for use in manufacturing of electronic equipment such as liquid crystal display devices.

SOLUTION: The production control method composed of a plurality of processes A-D presets a provisional target processing number NR-D in a main process D. If a number in progress SR which can be processed actually is larger than the provisional number NR-D, the method sets the provisional number NR-D as a target processing number SR-D. If the number in progress SR is smaller than the provisional number NR-D, the method sets the number in progress SR as the target processing number SR-D.
