PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion circuit capable of executing A/D conversion at higher speed and guaranteeing accurate operation. SOLUTION: The A/D conversion circuit for distributing an input analog signal and A/D converting the distributed analog signals in parallel to speed up A/D conversion is provided with a corrected signal generation means for generating a corrected analog signal by a system reference signal, a switching means for switching the inputted analog signal to the corrected analog signal, a distribution means for distributing the input analog signal or the corrected analog signal to respective A/D conversion means, a phase shifting means for changing the phases of respective distributed signals, and a correction value calculation means for calculating a correction value for correcting the phase shift value of the phase shifting means on the basis of a signal obtained by A/D converting the corrected analog signal to correct errors due to a temperature change and the distribution errors of the distribution means.
