PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the limitation of the extension boundary of the oscillation wavelength of a distribution feedback type solid coloring type laser. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method, a coloring matter is mixed to MMA or the copolymer of MMA and HEMA, the mixture is dripped on a substrate, thinning is made on the substrate by spincoating, and the thin film is dried before annealing for curing. In the manufacturing method, a polymerization material where carbonic acid propylene is mixed is used as a surface-active agent and a high-concentration coloring matter is mixed.
