PURPOSE: An automatic test system for an inverter of a liquid crystal display device is provided to easily measure inverter Vcc power information, inverter on/off power information, inverter dimming power information, LCD lamp selecting information, inverter input end voltage information, transformer voltage information, shutdown operation information, transformer resistor information and current/voltage information of LCD lamps by carrying out operation test of the LCD inverter per lamp connected to the inverter individually. CONSTITUTION: An automatic test system for an inverter of a liquid crystal display device includes a jig circuit part(512) and a computer control part(514), respectively connected to a digital volt meter(520), a power supply(530), an oscilloscope(540), and a relay box(550). The computer control part includes a lamp selecting part(514a), a power control part(514c), a data processing part(514d) and a display part(514b). The jig circuit part is connected to one or more inverters(560) and lamps(570) for arranging a relay/switch circuit selecting the lamps one by one in sequence. |
