PURPOSE: A cold cathode fluorescent lamp device is provided to allow the lamp device to be used without restrictions in the place or space, while achieving improved luminance and portability. CONSTITUTION: A cold cathode fluorescent lamp device comprises a universal serial bus(USB) port connector(10) having connection terminals for connection with a first pin and a fourth pin of a USB port of a computer; a support unit(30) electrically connected to the USB port connector through a cable(20); a connection member(40) extended upward from the support unit, and which accommodates a cable connected to the cable(20); and a cold cathode fluorescent lamp(50) mounted on the top of the connection member, and which has an inverter for receiving the power from the USB port through the cable accommodated in the connection member.
