PURPOSE: Provided are slow-release bacterial seeding product which is nontoxic when it is used in wastewater treatment process and does not cause secondary pollution since the produce is completely decomposed to carbon dioxide and water. CONSTITUTION: The product comprises 50-70 wt% of biologically degradable aliphatic polyester resin selected from a group being consisted of polybutylene adipate, polybutylene succinate-co-adipate, polybutylene succinate-co-butylene adipate, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate-co-terephthalate and 1 wt% of bacillus subtilis (ATTC 6633) which is thermal resistant strain and immobilized to the polyester resin.
