PRODUCTION OF COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING L-ASCORBIC ACID

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a cosmetic composition containing L-ascorbic acid is provided, thereby stabilizing L-ascorbic acid through capsulation using a capsule-binding inhibitor and preventing layer separation and precipitation of L-ascorbic acid during long-term storage. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition containing L-ascorbic acid is prepared by the process consisting of: preparing L-ascorbic dispersion by agitating L-ascorbic acid having a particle size of 20microns with a mixed solution of ethyl alcohol and polyol; preparing a capsule-bonding inhibitor by coating silica, mica or a mixed powder thereof with amphiphilic silicone and silicone oil; preparing a capsule by adding the L-ascorbic dispersion to the capsule-bonding inhibitor and agitating; and adding natural oil and wax or gum to the capsule. The cosmetic composition contains 1 to 20% by weight of L-ascorbic acid.
