<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such inconvenience that forming an electrode by superposing an output lead terminal and a collector in part for screen printing and firing causes cell fracture at the superposed part of the output lead terminal and the collector as a starting point. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell element, different conductive regions are formed on one main surface side and the other main surface side of a semiconductor substrate 1, and a surface electrode is formed on one main surface side. The other main surface side is provided with a back electrode 5 comprising a zonal output lead terminal 5a and a collector 5b that is formed on the roughly entire surface except the region where this output lead terminal 5a is formed in such a manner that this collector 5b is superposed on the peripheral part of the output lead terminal 5a. The thickness of the superposed part of the output lead terminal 5a and the collector 5b is between 2μm and 6μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
